Our community is 35 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 6 miles from of Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport, and State Route 202 is easily accessible.

In our neighborhood, children in kindergarten through sixth grade attend Desert Mountain Elementary and Newell Burney Middle School for 7th and 8th grades. High school students in our community attend Queen Creek High School. These schools are a part of the Queen Creek Unified School District.

A volunteer group of homeowners from within the community elected to serve on the Board of Directors manage the Montelena Homeowners Association in Queen Creek. City Property Management has been contracted to assist the Board of Directors in managing the Association. The Community Manager may be contacted for all inquiries with the Montelena Homeowners Association.
